These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all freelance services provided by Adwiz Media (“I”, “me”, “my”, “the freelancer”) to the client (“you”, “your”, “the client”). By hiring or engaging my services, you agree to the following:
1. Services Provided
I offer freelance services including:
- Web design & development
- Digital marketing
- SEO services
- Social media marketing
- Branding & creative content
- Other related freelance services as agreed
All work is performed based on the scope discussed, approved, and mutually agreed upon.
2. Project Scope & Revisions
- Work will begin only after the client confirms the final project scope, ** timelines**, and pricing.
- Any changes requested after the scope is approved may result in additional charges.
- Revisions included will be mentioned in the project proposal.
- Extra revisions beyond the agreed limit will be charged separately.
3. Payments & Fees
- A 50% advance payment is required to start the project (unless agreed otherwise).
- Remaining 50% payment is due upon completion, before final delivery or website launch.
- Payments are non-refundable once the work has started.
- For monthly services (SEO, SMM, Ads), payments must be made in advance each month.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information, content, images, and approvals on time.
- Respond promptly to messages, emails, and design approvals.
- Provide required website logins, hosting details, or ad account access where needed.
Delays in providing materials may extend delivery timelines.
5. Delivery Timelines
- Timelines will be provided based on the project scope.
- Timelines may change if:
- Client delays approvals
- Client requests additional revisions
- New requirements are added
I am not responsible for delays caused by factors outside my control.
6. Ownership & Copyright
After full payment is received:
- The client owns the final deliverables (website, designs, content created for them).
- I may use completed work in my portfolio, social media, or marketing, unless the client requests confidentiality.
Raw or editable files (PSD, AI, Figma, videos, templates) are not included unless specifically discussed.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all project-related information, data, and communication confidential unless written permission is given.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
- Once work has started, the advance payment is non-refundable.
- If the client cancels the project midway, any completed work must be paid for.
- No refunds will be provided for monthly services once the month has started.
9. Communication
I communicate primarily through:
- Phone
- Project management tools (if required)
Working hours may vary, but I aim to respond within 24 hours.
10. Limitation of Liability
I am not liable for:
- Loss of revenue, sales, or data
- Issues caused by third-party platforms (hosting, plugins, payment gateways, ad platforms)
- Client-side errors, misuse, or unauthorized changes
My responsibility is limited to the value of the service provided.
11. Third-Party Services
If the project requires third-party services (hosting, plugins, ads budget, etc.):
- The cost is borne by the client
- I do not guarantee the performance or security of third-party tools
12. Termination of Services
I reserve the right to terminate the project if:
- The client is unresponsive for 10+ days
- Payments are not made on time
- The client behaves inappropriately or unprofessionally
In such cases, no refund is provided.
